JRC has spanned stressful complicated public works projects and mega-malls to super-easy fixes and fittings. We cater across clients of every scope and scale, from the elderly deaf and homebound (often) all the way to corporate C-suites in skyscraper offices. The majority of our jobs over the years fall somewhere in the middle to small end, with small homeowners, families, foreign entrants, and property investors who need to increase the quality of their living environment or the value of a broken property or space, or make necessary modifications to offices and storefronts. Best of all, ask us about some of the more unusual and strangest projects we’ve taken on, in especially the past decade!
Ask us for past project portfolios, pictures, clients, and references similar to your project here.

Metasites help spread coalitions and reputation to ensure good clients through word of mouth. Japanese property also carries disaster insurance and earthquake insurance, and the state of a property is always openly disclosed, though older properties can be found to have rot and mold and problems in plumbing that need to be identified and addressed during the process.
